Privacy policy
Last updated: 8 November 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect through onno.y-tech.io, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who is responsible
The controller of your data is Y-Techio LLC, Tbilisi, Georgia (registration number 405817978), which builds Onno. Onno is offered to wedding businesses as a West Avenue product.
For anything about your data, write to info@y-tech.io.
What we collect and why
- The “Ask a question” form. Your name, email, your agency’s website or Instagram, and your message. We use them only to answer you and, if you want, to arrange a demo. We rely on your request and on our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.
- Emails you send us. The same applies to anything you write to us directly.
- Booking a demo. The “Book a demo” buttons open Calendly, a separate service. What you enter there is handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy, and we receive the booking details to hold the call.
We do not use the data you send us for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It remembers the background colour you choose in your own browser (local storage), only so the page looks the same next time. That setting never leaves your device.
All fonts are served from this site itself, so opening the page does not connect your browser to Google or other font services.
Where your data is stored
The site and the form are hosted by Netlify. Form messages are stored in Netlify and forwarded to our email. Netlify and Calendly are based in the United States; where data leaves Switzerland or the EU, these providers rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Netlify keeps form messages in its storage until they are deleted; it does not remove them automatically. We delete them, together with the email copies, once we no longer need them to answer you and follow up on your enquiry. If you become a client, your contract governs how your data is kept.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to give it to you in a portable format. Write to the address above and we will reply within 30 days.
You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or the authority in your EU country.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
